1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Empower HER website or purchasing tickets to the Empower HER event ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase tickets.

2. Event information

Empower HER is a women's health education event hosted by Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc., scheduled for November 8, 2026, in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Event details including speakers, schedule, and programming are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any material changes.

3. Ticket purchases

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the Event is cancelled by Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc.

Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the organizers.

If the Event is postponed, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund may be requested within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who violates these terms or the Event's code of conduct.

4. Early bird pricing

Early bird ticket pricing is available for a limited time and is subject to change without notice. Once early bird availability closes, standard pricing applies. No retroactive discounts will be applied.

5. Vendor and sponsor terms

Vendors and sponsors are responsible for their own setup, display materials, and conduct during the Event.

Vendor table assignments are made at the discretion of the organizers.

Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.

Vendors and sponsors agree to comply with all Event policies and may be asked to leave without refund if found in violation.

6. Educational content disclaimer

The content presented at Empower HER — including keynotes, breakout sessions, and workshop materials — is intended for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Attendees should consult a qualified healthcare provider for individualized medical guidance.

Speakers present their own professional opinions and experiences. Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any speaker's content.

7. Photography and media

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes by Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc. and its partners. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff at check-in.

8. Liability limitation

Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc., its owners, staff, speakers, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at or in connection with the Event, except where required by law. Attendees assume full responsibility for their own safety and wellbeing during the Event.

9. Code of conduct

Empower HER is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Empower HER website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Email list and communications

By joining the Empower HER email list, you consent to receiving event updates, speaker announcements, and promotional content from Empower HER Wellness Initiative, Inc. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hampden County, Massachusetts.
